A record is any row synced from Clay to HubSpot. If the same row is updated and re-synced, it counts as 1 record (we dedupe by your match key).
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

What happens if I hit my limit?
